With a background in operations management in biotechnology, Danielle started in the addiction treatment field in 2013. Since that time, her experience has brought her through all levels of care, working with startup facilities and existing facilities that need assistance in restructuring and implementation of new standards, policies, and procedures.
Among her many responsibilities at First Steps, she focuses on structuring multidisciplinary teams and program operations, staff acquisition, training and mentoring. She specializes in DHCS, Joint Commission compliance, state licensures/ MS certifications as well as programming systems structures for efficient and ethical care and building effective client-centered leadership.
She has been a guest speaker at various colleges, prisons, and high schools for community education on addiction and prevention with the OC sheriff’s dept and OC Health Care Agency and OC Drug Courts.
Danielle is passionate about affecting position change on a community level. She’s a direct communicator and driven leader dedicated to helping heal the human condition. Compassionate, integral, and unwavering in proving ethical client centered care above industry standard.
